Welcome to Hasty Hollow Haven, our private waterfront home beautiful Tims Ford Lake! The home is on the quite side of the lake and sits on top of the hillside for breathtaking panoramic lake views! Amazing sunrises to start each day of your stay and beautiful skylines to view when the sun sets. This is the perfect year-round vacation spot for families, holidays, long-weekends, fishing trips, corporate retreats, boating/jet-ski/water fun, romantic couples’ getaway, or cozy winter retreats. THE LAKE- This is truly Lake Life Paradise – boat, float, fish, ski, surf, tube, paddle board, kayak, dock socials, boat/people watch, picnic, or sun bathe. The dock features one slip with lift where you can store your boat or rented boat from one from a local marina. It is year round and in deep water so when the water levels are low in the winter months, it is always on the water. Tims Ford Lake features three marinas (Tims Ford, Twin Creeks & Holiday) that can be visited by water or road. The marinas provide gas, food, supplies, live music, seasonal dining, boat launch and rentals. There is also a public boat launch minutes from the property. The dock is private and year-round with a paved driveway (no stairs) leading from the home down to all the lakeside amenities. You can relax in the covered dock-side pavilion, sun on one of the dock side decks, or fish, swim, and float from the dock. There are three steps from the pavilion deck to the gangway that leads to the dock.
THE AREA- What more can we say…It’s Tennessee and we think that in itself is pretty cool. But if you don’t know, there is plenty of nature/wildlife, biking, hiking, trout fishing, historical locations, amazing live music, movies (there is even an outdoor drive-in movie theater), golf, shopping, and dining are all nearby. Nashville is only a quick trip north and Huntsville, Alabama is only a short drive south. Tullahoma, historic Lynchburg, historic Winchester, and Estill Springs are just a hop away. Hasty Hollow Haven is minutes from the Historic Jack Daniels Distillery (a must on the to do list is to tour of this amazing operation!) and State Parks that feature hiking trails, caves, waterfalls and suspension bridges.
OUTSIDE LIVING SPACE- As you enter our home you will be greeted by a large rose garden and beautiful trees in a serene park-like setting. This is your first moment to relax and rejuvenate during your stay. The upper level features a huge lakeside wrap around deck with several seating areas. The lower level features exquisite paver patios that wrap around, all with views of the lake. The patios feature a gas fire pit with seating, grill area with a grill, and outdoor dining area.
OUR HOME- Our professionally decorated home features settings and accommodations for up to 14 guests with 5000 square feet of interior living space and plenty of outdoor living areas to enjoy all the exterior beauty. Guests will have access to a two-car garage. Our driveway is a level entrance to the home and garage (no steep hill to drive up or down). We are in a quite community of Lost Creek where friends and neighbors enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beauty of the area.
UPPER LEVEL -First of all THE VIEWS from every room! Let’s just say spectacular for now and let you see it for yourselves. The upper level features a Master Bedroom Suite with a walk-in closet, huge en suite bath that has a jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The best part is waking up to the sunrise view over Tims Ford Lake before you even step out of the king bed. There is a second king suite with full bath that has a tub/shower and large vanity. The third bedroom in the upper level has two twin beds. The sunken living room features a vaulted ceiling with huge windows overlooking Tims Ford Lake, a gas fireplace (not in use during warm weather months), a 75” Smart TV and a huge sectional couch. This is open concept into the kitchen area. The kitchen – an entertaining dream come true! All GE Café appliances, French Door Refrigerator, Double Electric Convection Wall Oven, Double Oven Dual Fuel Range with gas Cooktop 6 Burners (that’s four ovens – that can make a lot of pizza). Under Counter Ice Maker (holds 26 lbs of ice with 50 lb daily capacity), Under Counter (Island) Beverage Cooler, Dishwasher, and Over the Range Microwave. Plenty of cabinet space and an over the sink view of the lake. The large kitchen island with quartzite stone countertop is perfect for food prep, serving, and has seating for three. The kitchen bar-top island is also quartzite stone, seats an additional five, and overlooks the sunken living area. There is also a formal dining room off the kitchen that can accommodate eight. Dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, cooking utensils, mixing/serving bowls, toaster, knife set, and Keurig Dual Coffee maker are included. Plenty of cabinet space and a walk-in pantry round out the amenities here. This is a great family gathering area and even if you don’t like to cook, you might really like cooking this fully equipped kitchen! The Upper Sunroom is the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or watch the moon rise with your favorite people. This room is the definition of relaxation. Additional spaces on the upper level include a laundry room with a lakeview (yes folding laundry here is actually enjoyable!) and a half bath off kitchen area.
LOWER LEVEL - This level features a huge family room with an 85” Smart TV and in wall LED gas fireplace (gas use not available during warm weather months – LED functions available year-round), a huge sectional couch, pub table with seating for 4, a poker area with poker table and seating for 6, access to lower level patio dining area and of course lake views. Right off this room is the Billiards Room. If you must be indoors, you’re surely going to have fun in these areas. The kitchenette is located right off the family room and features a large dining table with seating for eight to ten, a French Door Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, serving bowls/trays, toaster, knife set, and Mr Coffee Coffee maker are included. This is the perfect snack area! There is an additional living area that is perfect for kids to game or watch movies. It features a queen sleeper sofa and 75’ Smart TV. There are two full baths in the lower level, one with a tub/shower and one with a walk-in Shower. The lower level bedrooms include a King bedroom with lake view, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two twin beds. Additionally, there is a lower level laundry room – yes with a lake view. You can also access the grill and gas fire pit area.

NOTES - Because we care about our guests, we do allow a minimum of 24 hours between rentals so that we can thoroughly clean after each check-out. – We do not provide any boats, watercraft, toys, and only provide a limited supply of life vests. The private dock slip is available to guests during their stay. - Our home sits on top of a hillside overlooking the lake and features a paved driveway (no stairs) that you can drive or walk. However, there is a section that has a significant decline to the lake and significant incline up to the house. Our home is in a quiet community and it is expected that all guests will honor our neighbors rights to enjoy their properties while you enjoy ours – No Parties or Events, Reasonable Quiet Times – Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking – Maximum Guests 14 – All House Rules will be strictly enforced.
