The flat is located within the Residence Cala Viola, situated in the characteristic village of Sos Alinos and just over 1 km from the beautiful beaches of Cala Liberotto.
The three-room apartment comprises: living room with kitchenette, sofa bed or bunk bed, bedroom with double bed (beds can be separated), bedroom with two single beds and bathroom. Inside you will find all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: air conditioning/heating, TV, drying rack, safe, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen (located in the living room or veranda) with kitchenette equipped with crockery and cutlery, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The Residence Cala Viola, entirely renovated in June 2019, is a complex of forty inward-facing flats that includes: a reception with a reception area, a spacious bar with air conditioning and a blue swimming pool with a whirlpool area and equipped solarium. A small playground and barbecue area surrounded by greenery give the facility a pleasant atmosphere of relaxation and conviviality. Cala Viola is located in the charming and peaceful village of Sos Alinos, ideal for those seeking the peace and hospitality that characterise our island. The area offers: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, chemist's, tobacconist's, medical service, hairdresser's, newsagent's, ice-cream parlour, bus stop for the beaches.
For all your needs, you can go to the reception office, which will be open every day: during the low season from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m and during the rest of the season from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. To collect your keys, check-in is available every day from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. For their return, check-out (on the day of your departure) is scheduled by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 20:00 must be notified to the property in advance. In the event of non-communication, reception cannot be guaranteed and a supplement will be charged. Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility, but will not have access to the common areas. There is an extra charge for their stay, payable locally. There is also a pet-friendly beach 2 km from the hotel.
Orosei is an enchanted place that combines the magic of the mountains with unspoilt coastal wonders: long beaches, hidden coves, breathtaking cliffs, oases and regional parks. The Marina di Orosei, equipped with many facilities, is characterised by a long clear beach, transparent waters and a sloping seabed. Not to be missed is a visit to the wonderful Bidderosa Oasis, a protected natural park and well-known beach overlooking the emerald sea, and the Tepilora Park, a protected area characterised by unspoilt forests, paths, springs and streams. Don't miss the opportunity to visit by boat the coves of the gulf, paradises of wild nature: the Fuili, Luna, Sisine, Biriola, Mariolu and Goloritzè creeks. Curiosities to visit are: the old Spanish prison, the Don Nanni Guiso museum with its collection of miniature theatres and, for the most skilled swimmers, the German wreck KT12.
