Upon entering the villa there is a spacious open plan living space, boasting a large dining and lounge area, with an inviting modern L-shaped sofa, great for cosy evenings in watching a family film. For those wanting more privacy, there is another seating area with TV, overlooking the pool terrace, ideal for relaxing and reading your favourite book with a glass of chilled wine.
Leading from the seating area, you will find your very own modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Also, on the ground floor there is a double ensuite bedroom and patio doors opening to the pool terrace. On the lower ground floor, you’ll find a games room with air hockey and table football to entertain the whole family.
Outside you can dip in and out of your large swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access. The outside space, with the aromas of the orange and lemon trees, is a perfect place for all the family to gather and enjoy the glorious weather Cyprus has to offer, here you can also enjoy alfresco evenings, cooking family meals on the barbecue.
