Three living areas, five spacious bedrooms, and a completely updated kitchen are filled with tons of unique elements like swinging day beds, hanging egg chairs, and Japanese soaking tubs. And outside you’ll find an incredible saltwater pool, expansive deck, fire pit, and hammocks in a private yard – all just minutes from breweries, wineries, hiking, waterfalls, and more.

Our home is located in the foothills of the Catskills in Kerhonkson, New York – often affectionately referred to as the kerHamptons due to the beautiful homes, incredible Hudson Valley views, and abundant outdoor activities.
Just two hours outside of NYC, our property is five acres of peace and serenity. Still, there is so much to do nearby. We’re just minutes from Minnewaska State Park, where you can explore numerous waterfalls, three lakes, dense forests, sheer cliffs, and dramatic views from 35 miles of carriage roads and 50 miles of trails. Within the park, you can hike, bike, swim, picnic, go boating or horseback riding, or even rock climb and scuba dive. There are many excellent hikes to breathtaking waterfalls and fun swimming holes for a refreshing dip.
Our home is also surrounded by local breweries, wineries, farms, markets, and farm-to-table restaurants, as well as local shops and theaters. Nearby resorts also offer dining and spa services. There is so much to do in the Hudson Valley!

With three separate living spaces including a game room with a kitchenette and five spacious bedrooms spread across three levels – plus five acres of outdoor space with a deck, pool, and fire pit – this is the retreat you’ve been dreaming of.
Living Spaces
On the main level, you’ll find two separate living spaces. Just off the dining room, the front living room offers a sofa and two armchairs centered around a decorative-only stone fireplace. And the family room with its comfy couch and armchair is the perfect place to cozy up in front of the TV.
On the lower level, the game room is a great spot to hang out. It’s got a lounge area with a flatscreen TV, an air hockey table, and a wet bar with a full fridge. It also has direct access to the backyard and pool area, so you can easily grab drinks and snacks from outside.
Kitchen & Dining
The newly renovated kitchen is open to the main living area, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and cabinets, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The eat-in kitchen table is the perfect spot for breakfast before heading out to explore the Hudson Valley. For a larger gathering, the large wood dining table seats eight.
Bedrooms & Baths
The bedroom layout in this home is perfect for families or groups wanting a bit of separation. Upstairs, you’ll find a zen space that includes the expansive primary bedroom and two additional bedrooms. There are also two queen bedrooms on the lower level, where you’ll find the game room with its own lounge area and wet bar. Linens and towels are provided, and we have a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Amenities
Nestled on five beautiful acres, the dreamy backyard space has multiple entertaining options for an amazing Hudson Valley getaway. Relax on the huge deck, where you’ll find plenty of outdoor furniture, a grill, and a large dining table for six. It overlooks the pool area, which is fenced in for security (but please keep an eye on the little ones). The 20x40 saltwater pool has a shallow sun shelf perfect for kids and goes up to 8 feet deep on the other end. There are also lounge chairs and multiple umbrellas, so you can relax with a drink poolside. When it’s time for an afternoon nap, grab a hammock in the shade at the base of the hill – such a sweet spot to unwind. And roasting marshmallows at the fire pit is the perfect end to a day of adventure.
Guests will need a vehicle or car transportation (Uber/Lyft) for their stay. There is a private driveway with plenty of parking for four cars. The closest airport is Stewart International Airport (SWF ~31 miles).
