This humble abode of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and additional sleeping options can sleep up to 8-10 guests!

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space allows you to breathe in the fresh Georgia air. Sip your morning coffee while relaxing outside on the patio or beside the pool. Enjoy the pool as you star gaze or soak up the warm sun.
CHILD FRIENDLY
To make traveling more manageable for you, we recommend checking out for all of your infant needs!!

Just to let you know, there is a tiny room next to the house which leads to the basement of the house, where my manager resides that he uses to take care of the house when the guests need assistance or there are pool or maintenance issues. Joe is his name, he is an old man and a very nice person. Thanks!
HOUSE RULES

Parties and large gatherings are NOT ALLOWED; violators will be evacuated immediately, and the house codes will be modified. By accepting your reservation, you agree to abide by our house rules. We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM or later.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Please remove shoes before coming into the home.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the townhome. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
Additionally, if there are any parties or damages, a fee of $500 will be charged.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock the door each time you leave home.
If you use the washer/Dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.
Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent pods under the sink.
Please place all USED towels in the bathtub(s) or shower before departure.
Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out.
This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their equipment and needs.
You're assuming all risk and liability when using the pool and just FYI the pool can be 10-12 feet deep at one side.
Just so you know, it costs $100 per day to heat the pool (as it takes a while to become hot) and $75 per day to heat the hot tub. Please give us advance notice.
*The guest is responsible for safe pool/hot tub usage and the host will not be held liable*

FYI: Joel, an elderly man who manages the property and looks after the pool and hot tub area, resides in a little house next to the main house and it leads to the basement area.

There is a pet fee of 300$ and If pets are brought onto the property without prior authorization, you will be fined $300 in addition to the $300 pet fee that we charge.
Just so you know, it costs $100 per day to heat the pool and $60 to heat the hot tub. Please notify us a couple of hours in advance for the hot tub and atleast a day before for the pool..
Superhog guest verification:
After confirming your booking, please note that we utilize Superhog for damage protection and guest screening. Keep an eye out for a request from them to your email and ensure its completion. Your deposit will be refunded post-checkout, contingent upon the house being left in good condition. Thanks!
You will have access to the entire home and outdoor patio area. The outdoor patio is equipped with seating.. If traveling with kids or pets, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence.

Free parking is available for up to 2 cars on the driveway and 1 car on the street. The third vehicle may be parked in the driveway or on the street. No matter how many guests arrive and stay, we only permit 3 cars per reservation, and we only let in the first 8 guests.
Also, the city fines is $500 if there are more than three cars in the driveway or more than one car on the street, so we add $200 for extra guests and $500 if there are more than one or three cars/trucks in the driveway.
SELF-CHECK-IN
We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive the code prior to the check-in date.
COMMUNITY SPACE
The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy being outside and relax in the hot tub under the stars.
+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the home which records to make sure the house is protected and we have only one Ring camera at the entrance of the house and another Ring camera at the driveway. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per general guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is not an enclosure around the pool. When traveling with children and/or using the pool, you assume all risk and liability.
PARKING
The driveway can fit four cars comfortably. Additional street parking is available at the front of the home.
