It is a city for everyone; therefore, we welcome all to our home. A central location to town, everything is within a short drive- no matter the reasons for your travel!
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the home which records to make sure the house is protected and we have only one Ring camera at the entrance of the house. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per AIRBNB guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM or later.

Please remove shoes before coming into the home.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in or right outside the home. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked inside and right in front of the house.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock the door each time you leave home.
If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.
Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent pods under the sink.
Please place all USED towels in the shower.
Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out.
This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their equipment and needs.

If you plan on traveling around or outside of Livermore, we recommend renting a car. Many car rental services are available at the airport. Ensure you book your vehicle at the airport you plan to fly into.

Yes! Uber and Lyft are available in Livermore, California. You can download the app and make prior reservations.

PETS
Pet fee is 300$ and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.
The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.
You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.
If there are any cleanliness issues or damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Follow along- when entering the front door, you will walk into the open concept living room, which leads to the dining area and kitchen.
LIVING ROOM
Sink into the luxurious sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART ROKU 65” TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Roku & Cable! If you would like to access additional streaming services, you can continue with your account.
A blow-up mattress is available to sleep two additional guests.
KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group.

BAR SEATING
The bar is fitted to seat four people comfortably! You can enjoy a nice meal while you share laughter over a meal and enjoy the new bottle of wine that you purchased at one of the many vineyards.

The “main bedroom” is outfitted with a queen-size bed, memory foam mattress, two bedside tables, a ceiling fan, bedside lamps, and a 60” smart tv.
MAIN BATHROOM
The main bathroom has a shower tub combo and vanity. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, disposably toothbrushes, and mints are provided during your stay.
WASHER + DRYER
You will find a Washer and Dryer in the unit. We do provide detergent and dryer sheets for you to use!
