Overlooking the Principality of Monaco, and offering a magnificent view of Monaco and the Côte d'Azur, you will enjoy the charm of an authentic traditional Provençal stone house, equipped for up to 6 people. The slightly old family house of 90m2 is located in a green, quiet and secure residential area, near the medieval village of La Turbie, also known for its Augustus trophy. Rest and a change of scenery guaranteed!

I won't be present in person but the We Care Conciergerie team is there to help you throughout your stay, every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The villa is located in a perfectly secured watched area and benefits from private warden service, private access with code. The entire residence and its 58 villas are under camera vigilance.
Leaving the subdivision, you have access to the municipal swimming pool of La Turbie and its tennis courts.
It is therefore a quiet and residential area, however you have the village of La Turbie 2 minutes by car or 8 minutes on foot. In the Village you will find everything you need: supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser...
You will have full access to the house, its terrace and its garden. The house has a fireplace but beware it does not work. It is therefore forbidden to use it
You can park your car in the alley or in the parking further above the house
Note that there is no TV box but a Hertzian antenna
You will love this house for its magnificent view of the principality of Monaco and the surrounding area, its calm, its authenticity, the surrounding nature which offers you very beautiful walks. Note that the house is quite old and in the COUNTRYSIDE and that despite our care, our friends sometimes invite insects into the house.
The house benefits from a large terrace with a view overlooking Monaco, a veranda on the 1st floor to enjoy this view on winter days.
A garden at the back where you can also have lunch or have barbecues (electric barbecue however due to the vegetation)
You will enter the property through a small, quiet and intimate garden and then access the house.
The house consists of an open living room which gives access to the dining room where you will find a table with 6 chairs, and the equipped kitchen.
On this floor you also have access to the mezzanine, where there is a 140 bed with a very comfortable bed.
Note, however, that the mezzanine is open to the living room and that it has a low ceiling (around 1.35m)
This same living room opens onto a beautiful veranda offering a breathtaking view of the Côte d'Azur and an office
You then take a staircase which leads you to a first bedroom with a 140cm double bed, then
a double bedroom with two 90cm beds.
This floor gives access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture
You can park your vehicle in the secure subdivision. There is no assigned place and the places are random
The villa is located 15 min. drive from downtown Monaco and only 30 min. by car from Nice international airport.
If you have one, you can park your car in a secure parking space, note that it is strongly recommended to have a vehicle to stay at La Turbie.
There is also a good bus connection with Nice, Monaco and Menton.
The bus stop is a 10 minute walk from the villa.
Sheets and towels are provided during the rental as well as a welcome kit to allow you to start your holiday hassle-free, this kit includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, small shampoo and soaps.
The bedroom on the mezzanine is not a real bedroom. Although the bed is comfortable, it should be noted that this room is open to the living room and has a very low ceiling.
Pets are allowed on the property.
Due to the surrounding vegetation, smoking is prohibited.
