The modern a-frame sits on a private five-acre lot with mountain-bluff views overlooking the beautiful Sequatchie Valley. The valley views are breathtaking, and the rolling mountains of east Tennessee create an enchanting backdrop for outdoor adventures — numerous hiking trails and waterfalls are within 15 to 30-minute drives away. Come home to relax in front of a cozy fireplace and soak in the 7-foot Alaskan-cedar hot tub while enjoying views from 2,000 feet above the valley's farmland.
The home is two hours from the Nashville airport and just 35 minutes from Chattanooga.
A car is required to access the home.
***Note that due to the risk of the bluff, we do not allow children under 14. Additionally, we require a rental agreement with a liability waiver to be signed for each booking. No pets allowed aside from service animals with documentation.***
