Cameras are located on the exterior front and rear sides of the home as a safety measure during your stay and when empty in the event a problem arises.
The door will auto lock after 60 seconds. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Please do not try to check in early unless prior approval has been granted by the property manager and additional fee has been paid. Your code will not work until 10 minutes before check in. It is our desire to provide the best experience by preparing and restocking the home prior to your arrival.
To watch TV a Roku remote is provided (per each TV), that will power on the TV, make selections, and control sound.

Supplies provided for your stay are a few trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Sponges are located on the counter in front of the sink for cleaning dishes. You must wash and dry all dishes and return them to the cabinets before leaving. You will also need to take trash to the can outside and roll it to the curb.
Please do not strip beds that have been used. Place pillows on the bed and gather used towels and washcloths in the tub. This helps the cleaners to easily inspect all items and remove any items that may need extra care.
Please turn all lights off. In the winter turn the a/c to 68 degrees and in the summer turn it to 78 degrees..
