This home has been updated but still retains the character of this unique historic home in order to bring guests maximum comfort during their stay. We can't wait to host you at our home!
The Wahlberger is a single-family home that has been carefully put together to help maximize your comfort and enjoyment while staying in Lubbock. Speaking of stays, should you have the need to stay for over 2 weeks, reach out to us before booking so that we can better accommodate you.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with nice sized closets in every room. The master features two queen sized beds while the second and third bedrooms feature queens. There are additional blankets for those that sleep cooler and the AC at this house will freeze you out if you are on the warm-blooded side. An extra guest is more than welcome to sleep on the sofa in the living room if needed.
Both bathrooms have either a tub/shower combo or a walk in shower, nice countertops, and a wall mounted shower dispenser with Ginger Lily Farms Shampoo and Body Wash. There are plenty of hotel collection towels, hand towels, and wash cloths available during your stay.
In the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many fine restaurants or cook yourself a home cooked meal. Double check the amenities section of this listing for all that we supply in the kitchen. We do offer a drip coffee maker to make you feel more at home. There is plenty of cabinet storage in the kitchen should you have the need to store a lot of groceries or items during your stay.
The living room of this home has a mid-century style furniture that is in excellent and comfortable condition to enjoy the 65" smart TV with streaming services. If you need an extra place to sleep, you're more than welcome to crash on the comfortable couch. We made sure that the internet at this property is fast for any streaming, gaming, or work needs you may have during your stay.
Enjoy some time with family and friends in the backyard under our new patio. Only a couple of chairs are currently outside, but feel free to bring your own if you need more.
A washer and dryer are in unit and are free for guest use.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We are always available by text or phone call and pride ourselves on our quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app or call or text us for any communication. Parking is available in the front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.
