This sunny and spacious 3 bedroom ranch, delightfully located in a quiet area of Nashville, is the perfect place for a serene Nashville getaway. Inviting and warm with a cozy interior and large outdoor space, it’s easy to feel right at home upon first arrival. The peaceful neighborhood and close proximity to the city is ideally suited for those looking to relax with family, friends, those traveling for business, or anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
Layout:
This one level home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms! Bedroom number one holds a king size bed and has en suite access to the first bathroom. You'll find a queen bed in room number two. The last bedroom holds a full size bed and a full size futon, too!
Parking:
There is parking around back for 5-6 cars! Please, absolutely no RV's, trailers, or tiny homes! They are strictly prohibited.
Getting Around:
This home is in a great spot for those seeking a peaceful trip! Located in Bellevue, you'll be able to walk less than half a mile to a local cafe and pizza spot. This home is also close to legendary Loveless Cafe, Belle Meade Plantation, Harpeth Hills Golf Course, Harpeth River, Natchez Trace, Percy Warner Park, and Cheekwood Estate and Gardens. This home is also a great base for Pilgrimage Festival, Iroquois Steeplechase, and Fork Fest. Don't forget that you'll still be able to make an easy trip to the heart of Nashville in about 20-25 minutes!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
