Did you know that Phoenix is the #1 sunniest city in the US? With 300 days of sun, we are lucky to experience warmth and brightness all year round... You don't have to shovel sunshine! Every room of our home was designed to bring you joy and relaxation! Our hope is that you leave our home with happy memories and lots of love for Arizona.
We are excited to offer our heated pool option for guest stays! Our heated pool fee is $75 per night for the entire duration of the stay to cover the cost of utilities. Please request during booking! Note that we are NOT offering the slide as of April 2024 in an effort to prioritize guest safety.
The Sunshine House is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to a variety of attractions. You'll be a 30 min drive away from Lake Pleasant, a popular destination for boating, fishing, and hiking. The West Wing Mountain Preserve offers stunning views of the surrounding desert landscape, and the Peoria Sports Complex hosts a variety of sporting events and concerts.

POOL DISCLAIMER
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the pool is NOT supervised. Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times.
SLIDE
As of April 2024, we are no longer offering the slide as an option. We appreciate your understanding as we seek to prioritize guest safety.
GRILL
We have a propane grill to be used outside only. Please clean up after usage!

We offer a Pack N Play and High Chair for use!
CABLE TV
Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook
SECURITY
We have installed a doorbell camera and cameras at at the sides of the house facing the gates. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the back yard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am
You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in
HOUSE RULES
UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
NOTE: If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering under 12 people for a birthday, graduation, or anything else, please note this in your booking! We would love to host you for your celebration and will authorize small gatherings under the occupancy limit
GUEST VERIFICATION
We have partnered with Safely for our guest verification process. By choosing to stay with us, guests agree to the following statement: I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be requested to the host. I agree to complete screening requirements from SafelyStay, Inc. I understand that my booking is not confirmed until all guest verification requirements are met.
TRUST & SAFETY FEE (Damage Waiver)
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found through Safely. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or
minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest and Moonrise Homes LLC will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.
