Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the apartment or in communal areas. Paid parking options are available nearby; street parking may be limited. For your safety, please note that fire extinguishers, hoses, and ladders should only be used in emergencies. Please leave the apartment tidy upon departure. The minimum age for guests is 18.
