Whether you are coming to Lubbock for some rest and relaxation or visiting the campus, The Paramount is the perfect place to stay. This fully updated 3BR/2BA home features a stocked kitchen, comfy new furniture and bedding, smart TVs in every room, and modern appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mattresses will give you the best sleep and extra space is available on the couch. If the style of this property didn't catch your eye, the Tornado foosball table will.
Our property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining, and laundry room, with a large backyard.
The living room has a brand-new couch and love seat to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well.
Our spacious kitchen comes stocked with the cooking and utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. A gas range, fridge, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and other appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. The dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.
All three bedrooms feature king beds, with brand new linens to spice up the décor in this property. Two nightstands are on each side of the beds, seating at the end of the bed, and walk in closet space with hangers allows you to hide away luggage.
Both bathrooms are clean, fully updated, and stocked with all the toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is stored on the wall ready for use Shampoo and body wash are provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard has a concrete porch, covered patio and plenty of grass, guests may bring lawn chairs and such to enjoy the outdoors.
A free in-unit washer and dryer is also available for guest use as well as an iron and ironing board
Parking is available in the front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles or more on the brand new driveway. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.
This is a pet friendly home but please let us know if you will be bringing animals during your stay. You are responsible for their waste, cleanup of their fur and shedding, and any damage they may cause.
All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Location: The Hibernation Station is nestled away on a quiet street in the famous Tech Terrace neighborhood, right across from Texas Tech University. It is only a 5 minutes walk too campus, you could even pick up a lime scooter and get there quicker!
Want to get some local coffee? Walk on over to J&B Coffee, an industrial coffee shop with all kinds of pallet warming, stomach soothing, and entertainment shops. "Lubbock's Original Neighborhood Coffee Shop"
How about a dog walk: I like taking my dog down too the Tech Terrace Park, right on the southwest corner of the block!
Forget some Groceries? Don't worry about making a long trip to Walmart or a connivence store. Right across from J&B Coffee you will find a Food King, where you can buy anything you need to make your stay complete.
End your day at one of the many local eateries in the neighborhood. I prefer Capital Pizza!

Pets are allowed at this property, but we do ask guests to let us know if they will be staying in their initial message. We only allow up to 2 pets. Please keep them off of all furniture and linens. If you do not clean up after your pet or they cause any damage, you will be liable for this.
