Coastal dreams come to life at our home away from home. Florida sunshine pours in the spacious, open living/dining area as you walk through the front door. Bedrooms are tucked away upstairs and downstairs for privacy. The back sliding glass door opens up to a large backyard with towering oak trees for shade and fence for privacy. Cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen or on the charcoal grille provided. Entertain guests with classic games such as foosball and cornhole. Relax and rejuvenate.

Once you arrive, there is plenty of room for parking in the large driveway, or if needed in the garage.
At the front door entrance, use the code provided to enter the home. The front door opens up to the living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights. It features a large smart TV, pull out sofa couch, comfy throw blankets, and fireplace.
To the right of the living room is the dining area with a large dining table for the whole family. Enter the kitchen from the dining area which features all the essentials to cook a homemade meal, make a pot of coffee, or store leftovers in the fridge. There is also extra dining space in the kitchen.
Off to the right of the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer. We provide some detergent and dryer sheets to help out with any laundry you may need to do.
Hidden around the corner is the master suite. With king bed, full dresser, closet, private bathroom, and 43" smart tv. Linens and towels are provided for the each room.
The hallway behind the kitchen leads to a shared bathroom with shower and bath. Next to the bathroom is another bedroom with Queen size bed, 43"TV, dresser, and closet.
Upstairs, there is a large landing, great for yoga in my opinion. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed. Both have a 43" tv, dresser, and closet. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower.
Find games, extra seating, grille, and fans in the garage. We will provide the code for your reservation.
Last but not least! Enjoy the large fully fenced backyard with firepit, seating, grille, games, and plenty of room to run around. There is also a balcony that can be accessed from the upstairs or from the outside downstairs. This overlooks the backyard and sometimes you can get a peak at the sunset.
Guests will have full access to the property.
This home is located in a coastal suburban neighborhood. Bright, tropical houses line the streets with docks along the canal in the back. Friendly, quiet neighbors wave as you pass by. Great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy!
Take the car or uber to the beaches in less than 10 minutes. Beach and bike rentals available for enjoying beautiful beach weather year round.
During the holidays, enjoy Deck the Chairs in Jacksonville Beach or the twinkling lights in Atlantic and Neptune Beach.

Uber, Lyft, or a rental car are your best options for getting around. I recommend renting a bike if you plan on staying around the beach for the day.
PETS: Pets are welcome but the fee is $200. Undisclosed pets result in a $200 fee on top of the required pet fee. A separate charge will be sent to you once the pets are disclosed.
TRASH: Picked up Thursday morning, if you are staying at this property Wednesday night if you would be so kind to bring the trash cans to the curb and return them after Trash pick up Thursday.
SMOKING: NOT allowed in the house. If you smoke please do so outside, away from open doors or windows. Please dispose of all butts properly. There is a $500 smoking/cleaning fee.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that things happen that is why we have a moderate cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 5 nights before check-in and receive a full refund.
PARKING: There is no paved driveway but the parking area is clearly marked in front of the gate to the left of the house. Do not park on the street or in the grass in front of the house.
PARTIES: No large parties. All hours are quiet hours and please respect the neighbors.
Additional Rules: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back...
Groundskeeping: Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property).
