The Pacific is a stylish beach house in one of the most sought after positions along Werri Beach. Its a perfect option for both a family beach getaway or a mates surf weekend - nestled between the safe swimming of Werri Lagoon and the famous Werri surf break. This beautiful home has a relaxed and easy ambience, yet with modern and contemporary touches.
The Pacific has 3 bedrooms and a sun room, sleeping 6 in beds, and 2 on a sofa bed in the sunroom.
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Where will I be?
The Pacific is located at the northern end of Gerringong's Werri Beach, with the option to swim in either the surf or the lagoon. The surf's edge is literally only 100m from the house - accessed via a short bush track through a sandy knoll. The lagoon - perfect for kids - is also a very easy short walk. At Werri Beach there is a dog off leash beach section 300m from house
The Gerringong main street with shops, cafes and restaurants is about a 3 minute drive and the famous Werri fish shop is just around the corner!
Why choose The Pacific?
The Pacific is casual, comfortable, stylish and perfectly located between Werri Beach and Werri Lagoon. It is a great option for families and the fenced back yard is handy for kids or pets!
How is the property laid out?
The Pacific is a single level home with good sized living areas, a contemporary well equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, and a large sun-room. There is one shared bathroom for the house, a separate laundry and a garage for guests use.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has a king bed. For more than 6 guests, there is a fold out sofa bed in the sun room.
What about outdoors?
The Pacific has a front lawn area, a back lawn area and a sunny courtyard with BBQ. The back garden is fully fenced and secure.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
The Pacific has reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living and dining room. There is also a ceiling fan in the main living area and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The property can also be opened up to catch any ocean breeze. Portable electric heaters available for use in the bedrooms in the cooler months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at The Pacific. Don't forget to bring your favourite beach towel!
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items such as food or condiments.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street parking in the garage for one vehicle, and off street, open air parking for an additional 2 vehicles.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Yes, your favourite pet is welcome to stay at The Pacific, and please note the following:
Please BYO pet bedding, bowls, etc
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced, and there is an off leash zone on Werri Beach as well as a selection of dog exercise areas located throughout the region
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
WiFi, Netflix or PayTV will I have it?
The Pacific provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
The Pacific has a smart TV with Netflix and also provides Foxtel.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
