Fantastic facilities include a large games barn complete with communal dining area.

Smoking is not allowed. Please note that this property is suitable for family holidays and celebrations rather than group parties or hens and stags. If you would like to discuss your particular requirements though then the owners will be happy to speak with you - just let us know. WiFi: Available but patchy reception so do not rely on for work, games or downloading Outside: BBQ (initial fuel provided) , plunge pool available May - October, small lawned area, further seating areas with furniture, open shingle area, bike storage. Hot tub hire: guests can directly hire and pay for a hot tub via Suffolk Hot Tubs. A separate charge of £30 for a weekend booking or £50 for a week for heating the tub is payable to the owners during your stay. The owners should be notified of any hire so they can facilitate access and setup.
Electric car charging is possible with an extra charge paid at the time of the stay, direct to the owner, according to use.
