The Little Ranch House provides a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful view. We offer a Farm School on Wednesdays here at the farm as weather permits. On rainy days, our Farm School Co-op meets in one of two classrooms at The Little Ranch House.
We also offer the kitchen for rent as a Commercial Kitchen to local chefs and artisans.
The Master Suite boasts a simple, handicap accessible, private entrance directly accessible from the carport. We guarantee one of the most peaceful places to stay in the heart of Hudson, TX.

The two acres surrounding the home are fully fenced with a gate. We will leave the gate open for you. There’s a covered car port with direct access to the front porch.
*If you turn left directly out of the driveway, you will be headed away from Hudson and will quickly discover our sprawling backroads. Riding the backroads can make for a nice Sunday afternoon cruise. The backroads lead either to Hwy 103 or FM 706 but it may take a local to navigate the way. After a heavy rain, you may want to avoid the backroads altogether as the mud holes can get pretty deep. Turning right out of the driveway will lead you to a small local grocery store, the pizza place, donuts, fuel, Hudson School, even some local Cajun flare. This home is in the heart of Hudson, TX, yet still easily accessible (via smooth, paved roads) to both recreation and relaxation.
*We are close by if you need anything at all. We want our guests to have full privacy so we will provide accommodations with the intent to not disturb. We can stock more eggs in the fridge, at your request. We can bring more pillows or blankets. But unless we receive requests from guests we will make a point to give you your privacy and enjoy the wide open space.

*This is a rural, country neighborhood. Out here you’ll meet cattle ranchers and cowboys just as quickly as doctors and lawyers. We are all just country folks living in the Pineywoods.
