Summary: The property was easy to locate, very private, and for my needs, conveniently located. There was a Publix very close by, and I was a 15-minute drive to the Ball Park for spring training games. Also, I was very close to where I used to live in Jupiter, so I had very short trips to visit friends. The few minor issues I had with the house were promptly remedied by the owner, whom I found to be responsive and willing to make the fixes changes required. The house itself was clean and in good shape. The bathrooms were a little dated, but we had no problems with them. I checked in and found an existing supply of dishwasher soap, washer pods for the clothes washer, dishwashing pods for the dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels on hand, saving me from a run to the store immediately to stock up. Garbage was picked up twice a week, which was also convenient. I also had Fed Ex and Amazon Prime deliveries show up on time. Only potential problem for us was that the third bedroom was upstairs. I knew the stairs were there before i rented, and with two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs it was a non-issue. But, with old , replaced knees, it is something to consider. The living room had a full couch, but It would have been nice to have a full-size chair in the living room for TV watching, The dining table was fairly small, and had high top stools to sit on, something I personally find uncomfortable. Again, not a huge issue.
