★ POOL and SPA★
The spa heating is $100 per day and it is on a 90 minutes egg timer you can control in the pool house! (on the wall by the sink, 4 buttons controlling heat, jets, pool light and spa light) This fee can be paid right after booking. Spa heating is free if pool heating is paid.
This charge is necessary due to the remote location of our property and the associated costs of transporting propane. We appreciate your understanding.
The POOL heating is available at $400 per day and will be on 15 hours per day from 7am to 10pm. Takes 18 hrs. to be ready and needs 24 hour notice. Please contact host to arrange payment.

★ PARKING★
Max 20 cars can be parked on the driveway and hill. For larger approved events, parking can be done at town center nearby and guests carpooled to the home.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
Without prior approval, we do not allow parties or large gatherings (over 20 people during daytime and 16 guests overnight) of any kind.
★WEDDING, EVENTS, PARTIES, GATHERINGS★
Perfect for family getaways, birthdays, company events, weddings, high-end vacations, photoshoots, shooting movies, and just simply enjoying life.
No crazy parties and must be over 25 to book. All guests are vetted and only accept responsible groups.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS at the Iron Mansion details:
Package 1 - Booking +$2000 - up to 50 guests, free tables and chair rentals for 50.
Package 2 - Booking +$4000 - up to 100 guests, free tables and chair rentals for 50.
Package 3 - Booking + $6,000 - up to 150 guests, free tables and chair rentals for 50.
All packages include free Jacuzzi heating. Pool heating extra at $400 per day. Please contact us if you need additional info on caterers and event planning.
You will also have access to our wedding section that is covered with 8000 sq. ft. of artificial turf to say your vowels with the beautiful sunset as your backdrop!
★ PETS ★
Up to 3 pets are free for your stay(Dogs and cats). However, additional pet cleaning charge ($500) can incur if you do not use proper hygiene and pick up after your pets. Furniture, appliance and property damage from pets will also incur a fee equivalent to repair or replacement value.
★ SPEAKERS AND SOUND SYSTEM★
Do not bump and dial sound and woofer system over medium range. Sound system will be inspected after each stay. Damaged or broken system will result in repair / replacement fee (Min $1000)
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
Pandora music is the only music streaming device on the property and can be accessed on the control panel. Up to 3 channels can be selected and different music can be played in different rooms. DO NOT TAMPER WITH SETTINGS and LOG into other accounts ($300 fee)
★ SECURITY★
There are exterior security cameras overlooking outwards on each side of the home for your safety. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras. The community also has a 24 hour gated security.
★ LOCKED AREAS★
Do not access any locked areas, such as house keeping closets, pool equipment area and switches, controls on the wall. Contact the hosts if you have questions.

-The fully custom pool house has a Full kitchen, large restaurant-style refrigerator, sound system, TV, and more.
-In the main house, you will find a gallery-like living space, above the center of the 2000 sq. ft. living room is a helicopter-style fan starching over 12 ft.
-The kitchen center came from the playboy mansion, and every piece in the house has been handpicked or crafted to create the most astonishing modern vibe
-Top-of-the-line appliances though out the entire property, you will fall in love with the details and finishes of every space you are in.
