Enjoy downtown Demorest and all that Northeast Georgia has to offer. Piedmont College, hiking and waterfall trails, whitewater rafting, multiple state parks, lakes and rivers for kayaking and fishing!
Our cozy (720sq ft) home has a clean, modern feel while offering everything needed to nestle you into the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. One Master bedroom and a second bedroom with loft have cozy queen beds on the second floor with an open spacious kitchen and modern living room located on the first floor. Streetside with a view over Downtown Demorest to Piedmont College and Demorest Springs Park with the privacy of a backyard patio, grill and firepit for family and friend relaxation.
The space
When sitting on the front porch or the backyard patio, you would think that you are sitting on the edge of an early 1900s undisturbed small mountain town. It is so beautiful to watch the sunset over the mountain and relax after you walk home from getting dinner or enjoying an event at Piedmont University in Historic Downtown Demorest.
Holly House is right on the road/sidewalk to downtown that passes mere feet from our front porch. It is secluded from the back but in the front of the house is just feet from the street, so keep this in mind when you bring kids. Walk across the street for coffee or dinner, bike in Demorest Springs Park, stroll through Piedmont University with a short drive nearly everywhere else for outdoor adventures!

BEDROOMS - Both bedrooms have king beds. Please note the bed in bedroom 2 is a LOFT KING BED.
KIDS - Please keep in mind that the house is very close to the street. It is a secondary street into our historic residential area of old town with not a lot of traffic and I am very specific about the location but still have had a few messages from parents expressing their concern after arrival. Also include your kids in the total number of guests which is 4 MAX.
PETS - We do not allow any pets. No exceptions. Please do not ask. If we see any pet on the property you will be asked to leave and fined. I know this may sound harsh but everyone asks so I thought I would go ahead and clarify. Ok
PARTIES - NONE - This is a place to relax not to get turnt. Drink beer or have a cocktail by the fire, enjoy your time, lounge. But if we see you running into walls or hanging like a sloth from the railing via security camera, I will come ask you to leave.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and I am available around the clock. If you need anything, we are just a phone call or text away. We want to make sure you have the best stay imaginable and have the chance to fall in love with the area like we have!

Our house rules are strictly enforced. Our place is not setup for parties or large groups. The max occupancy is 4 guests. If the house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave.
