Enjoy a good night's sleep in the comfortable queen size bed while watching shows and movies on the wall-mounted 43" Roku TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and other apps. The minimalist and comfortable kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for reheating some leftovers, or cook and bake a nice dish. We provide you with some spices, oil and vinegar to get you started. There is a drip down coffee maker, a toaster and we'll provide you with some tea and coffee to help with morning wake up.

The studio is part of an apartment complex located 500 ft. away from Gold Star Highway. Though the speed limit is 45 mph, you will hear cars driving by if you're in the parking area, but not inside the unit once the door is closed.
There are two buildings on site, one dedicated to long-term tenants, the other dedicated to short-term rental. You may see a long-term tenant here and there, pick up their mail, or drive by in the parking area.
Parking is always at your own risk.
Please note only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property unless discussed in advance.
We welcome families traveling with children. To ensure the safest and most comfortable experience the maximum occupancy is 2 including children over 2-years old. Please be aware that our home is not child proof. Child locks, gates and monitors will not be provided. We do have a pack-n-play in the closet for your convenience.
We have separate house rules regarding pets. Guests wishing to stay with pets MUST give notice prior to booking.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in additional cleaning charges. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Subject to a $500 additional cleaning charge for violating this policy.
Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21.
Cameras are used outdoors only.
Do not tamper with, remove, deactivate or otherwise alter any smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, temperature monitoring devices or exterior security cameras.
EXTENDED STAYS:
For those of you having longer stays, trash may be deposited in the on site dumpster.
You may see a team member stop over to cut the lawn during normal business hours, normally on Fridays.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Please remember normal check-in time is 4:00 p.m. & check-out time is 11:00 a.m. There will be a $50 charge for every 30 minutes past checkout time if not pre-approved by the host. Our cleaning staff arrive shortly after the scheduled check-out time.
Please:
-Take the time to do your dishes. Our team will put them away if need be.
-Don't worry about stripping the beds; our team will handle it.
-Ensure all windows and doors are fully shut & locked.
-If you don't mind taking any excess trash out to the dumpster, we'll be super grateful.
