This friendly brick House Within a beautiful native reserve,is peaceful and gives the sensation of great freedom. A well behaved small dog is acceptable on request and upon agreement from the owner.

The living-dining areas are separated from the bedrooms, witch gives extra privacy to guests.

Following the spacious and sunny corridor is a Huge Lunchroom, dining and a bar area . This has access to the coveted veranda with( BBQ and out doo furniture). The back yard is a, very safe, large lawn with lovely trees, a cabby -house and lunch- chairs tables and lots of extras conveniences,

We do not like to impose rules that will make our guests feel unease, but we must ensure that our property is respected and cared-for.
No smoking, big parties are not aloud. *please remouve your shoes when walking on the carpeted areas.
We ask for a nominal bond deposit to be returned upon inspection that there has not been any damage done to the property, or lost Keys etc.
*CLEANING:
Please leave the property as you find it; clean and tidy . The agreement covers a standard cleaning. Excess cleaning will be charged @ $90.00 H.
