This home has a detached garage with a separate entrance. While guests are welcome to park in half of the garage, our staff also uses this space to store domestic supplies and we may stop by during your stay.
NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence WITHOUT refund.
For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.
Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

Our Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home with exception of the storage shed in the back yard and one locked closet. Guests will enjoy wifi access throughout the home. We do not offer cable tv. Televisions are for streaming only. Guests may enjoy the use of our detached 2-car garage where we also store some household supplies. Staff may stop by during your stay to access these items.
*The Neighborhood*
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood that expects limited noise between 9 PM and 6 AM. Parties, large gatherings or events are not allowed and are considered disruptive to the neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors and avoid parking in front of other people's homes.
*Getting Around*
A car is strongly suggested although ride-share programs such as Uber and Lyft are available too!
