Our goal is to make your vacation stay one to remember. Come relax and enjoy. It’s a great space for family reunions or get together's. There are other places too and everyone can have their own space. With all the amenities for the kids and pets. Lots of space to run and play and have fun.
We are pet friendly w/prior approval (DOGS ONLY)A$50 pet fee per pet is due in cash on arrival. Pets must be crated when you are out.
We are located close to town, which is great when getting off the train with tired children or adults. We are located approximately one hour over the mountain from Gatlinburg, Dollywood (Pigeon Forge) and Sevierville Tennessee.
Our first rental the Cottage was started in 2009.
The Cottage "too" has a maximum of 10 guests policy, max of 8 adults and 2 children. or any combination, but no more than 8 adults. Be mindful that two of the beds are bunkbeds and two are rollaway beds, more comfortable for children or young teens. 1 king size 1queen size snd 1full .There is plenty of space inside for everyone to hang out and relax. You can also watch a movie from the video library or play games with the family. The kids room has a little table for coloring or playing games. The living room has comfy seating and there is a bench as well. Right next to the living room is the dining room with additional seating that can be pulled in for more seating if necessary. The fireplace makes for a warm cozy atmosphere in the cold weather.
Guest access
The fact that there is a pool on the grounds for everyone to enjoy seems to be our most valued amenity, as well as the fire pit and room for children and pets to play. The pool is at our home and we invite guests to use it if they want to. Since they are shared spaces there is always a good chance that you will meet new people and possibly make a new friend. I know we have been lucky to have many return guests at The Cottages and enjoy their company each and every time.
Other things to note
*A pet fee is for allowing pets to visit. It is to compensate for all the extra cleaning that is takes. It is not a damage fee. If your pet does damage because it has not been crated or watched you will be requested to pay for the damage.
*The pool is a SHARED pool it is at our home on the property and we invite guests to use it if they wish. Children under the age of 16 must also be supervised in pool area at all times.
*Bring your own pool towels.
*NO PAPER PRODUCTS PROVIDED, bring TP.PT, garbage bags, soaps, shampoos etc.
*Please note that if something is missing or broken, I will turn it in to VRBO
*If you use the gas grill CLEAN IT or you will be charged extra. Propane is free.
