Don’t forget to pop to Burnham Market first, to pick up a picnic from Humble Pie, the village delicatessen, before heading to one of the local beaches where you can enjoy hot summer days reading a book under the shade of a floppy hat. With two three-seater sofas and two additional chairs, wood burning stove, large TV with Freeview and DVD player and playing cards and games. The floor to ceiling glass door can open the living room out into the courtyard.
Master Bedroom
With double bed and built in wardrobe, bed side tables, and a vanity shelf with mirror and chair.
En suite bathroom
Bath and separate large walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Entrance to this bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the corridor.
Bedroom 4
With two full size twin beds, chest of drawers, chair and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3
With two full size twin beds, a bedside unit, chair, under bed drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2
With double bed and built-in wardrobe, bed side tables, vanity shelf with mirror and chair.
En suite bathroom
Bath and separate large walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and WC, as well as a wall mounted cabinet and large mirror. Entrance to this bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the corridor.
Outside
The sheltered courtyard garden is landscaped. There is garden furniture, a Barbecue and it is suitable for al fresco dining.
Occasionally the courtyard garden may be partially shared or overlooked when the owners are in residence, but usually it is private.
The west garden is more suitable for games. It backs onto fields with beautiful views. There is a trampoline set into the ground and with unrivalled views.
There is an outside shower so you can leave sand and mud from the beach outside, before heading in to the en suite bathrooms.
There is an electric gate entrance and ample parking.
