Approx. 10-min drive to ferry to Port A, 10 mi. to Rockport & less than 30 minutes to Corpus - The Lexington and Texas State Aquarium, ranked top 5 nationally.

No animals/pets allowed on or in the house/property. ***There will be a $500 fee associated with breaking this rule. You will also be subject to the booking being canceled without refund.
You may encounter chickens. Absolutely no harming or chasing the chickens. Do not feed the chickens.
Absolutely NO parking outside of designated parking driveways or along the street. No parking or driving in the yard.
No smoking/vaping inside the house. Please don’t use essential oils inside the home.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. (Prior arrangements for certain circumstances may be discussed and considered by host)
No parties/events/large gatherings
No confetti/glitter/silly string
Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet time at 10 pm
No tampering with security cameras and owner’s closets.
No cleaning of fish in the house or on the property.
No bait in the refrigerators. There are reminder signs posted on the refrigerators, and this will result in customer(s) being charged with replacing the entire fridge as it is impossible to get the smell out.
No fires outside of the designated permanently affixed fire pit.
No burning fires while burn ban or high winds are in effect
No burning of trash in the fire pit
No use of gasoline/lighter fluid in the fire pit.
Do not move the furniture. If outdoor tables are moved, please put them back in the place where you found them prior to leaving.
Smart TV is available and has the capability of streaming. Guests are to use their own streaming account platform.

Damage and incidences:
Please take care of the furnishings and property. You will be charged for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay and for broken house rules.
We strive to provide nice linens, towels, throws, sheets, pillows, furnishings, etc for all of our guests. These are NOT complimentary to take with you. Please LEAVE them. Any taken towels/wash clothes, blankets, sheets, curtains, rugs, throws, trinkets, pictures, or any furnishings including kitchenware will be charged at your expense and must be paid in full by the guest.
Note: Property has WIFI, but it may be spotty for streaming or remote work

Our cottages are professionally treated by a pest control team on a regular rotation basis. However, sometimes bugs sneak in due to our weather conditions. Please be aware you may encounter some bugs during your stay.
