Hello Friend! We welcome you with open arms to live The Bungalow life in the heart of Phoenix. Nestled in one of Arizona's most charming and walkable historical neighborhoods. You will easily find coffee shops, art galleries, eateries + Hance Park by foot! The Bungalow has celebrated her 100th birthday, but her stylish interior + smart home devices do not reflect her age! Plenty of room to spread out and relax with a beautiful oasis-like pool in your garden setting out back. Immaculately Clean!
Recharge while living the bungalow life, in the heart of Phoenix's most charming historic neighborhood! Hike a nearby mountain or work from home with our high speed internet. Enjoy evening meals cooked from your chefs kitchen or sip your morning coffee on the back porch while enjoying the sounds of the birds and view of your private oasis-like pool. Comfy outdoor seating, taking in the Arizona sunshine.
Kitchen
Our home has a full kitchen, stocked with all the essentials from making morning coffee to preparing full meals. Some of the items we keep stocked for use include a blender, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, Pyrex containers for leftovers, wine and drinking glasses, mixing bowls, dish towels and sharp knives.
Bathrooms
The home has two bathrooms, the master bathroom connects to the master bedroom and offers a full size shower and soaking tub. There is a large vanity for getting ready and plenty of storage. The second bathroom is centered in the home with access from two separate entrances. Enjoy the use of the included hair dryer in each bathroom and fluffy towels. Off of the pool area there is an outdoor shower as well, fully stocked with bath goodies and towels.
We are happy to have all shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
Master Bedroom
We know sleep is important! Our master bedroom offers a king bed with memory foam mattress and soft hotel quality sheets. The master bedroom connects to the bathroom and has doors out to the pool deck. It truly has a garden setting kind of feel. Please relax with your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen T.V. or enjoy the bedside reading lights to cozy next to with your favorite book. The big walk in closet has plenty of storage for your belongings.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom includes a queen memory foam mattress with the same soft sheets! You will also find a smart T.V. to enjoy your most enjoyed programs. Includes a leather deep seated chair + a closet with plenty of storage.
Third Bedroom
We have a third bedroom that host three brand new single beds with well appointed bedding and the softest blankets to cozy up too. There is also a designated nook for a quaint work space. In the closet you will find a full size dresser and hangers to use.
Office Space
Off of the front living room there is a well carved out nook to set up your office space. There is great lighting and direct access to the main bathroom. Plenty of storage for your text books or computer. While in this space it is easy to look out the front window for a view of the charming neighborhood.
WIFI + Workspace
We offer high speed internet, with speeds up to 150 Mbps, if you plan on working from home. We have plenty of workspaces in the bungalow, feel free to use the private office space nook, desk in the third bedroom, outdoor patio dining table or wherever is most comfortable for you!
Entertainment
The home has three large smart T.V's. Please access any apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime and others with your own login.
Noise
To the West of the Bungalow property there is a mature tree that homes the local birds. In the evening you will most likely hear them singing.
Laundry
Our home comes with a washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your use during your stay.
Backyard
Rock the day away on your covered back porch. Two rocking chairs face the pool, which is NOT protected by a fence. Please be aware if you have children that are not able to swim. Past the pool is a grassy area that has a table + outdoor seating for six. Fresh pool towels are fully stocked and there is a clean electric grill....no need to worry about propane!

Our home comes with ample parking in the driveway and free street parking.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-outs?
- No. Our home is in high demand! We use this precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to complete any maintenance tasks, so your stay is uninterrupted. If additional time is important to you we recommend booking an additional night to your stay.
Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- Yup! Please text me to arrange, happy to help!

- No. The Bungalow is all yours.

- Yes! During the months of May through September, monthly stays come with a Special Discounted Rate. Just input your stay of 28 days or longer and the discounted rate will automatically appear. Monthly stays also include WiFi, electric, utilities, AND come with one complimentary cleaning per 28 days! See "other things to note" for more details.
Other things to note
Supplies: We'll get you started with items such as soaps, coffee, teas, paper toweld, detergent and cleaning supplies, however you will be responsible for purchasing additional, if needed.
MONTHLY STAYS during May through September (28 days or longer):
1. Discount: Monthly discounts are included in the quoted rate when you enter your dates. You will not see it as a separate line item. Compare the nightly rate for your stay of 28+ days to any single night's rate and you'll see the difference.
2. Complimentary Cleaning: Any reservation of 28 days or longer receives one complimentary mid-month cleaning for each month booked. The cleaning fee charged at time of booking is for the cleaning after your stay. While we do offer mid-month cleaning, it is expected that you'll keep our home tidy. Guests will be responsible for washing linens and keeping our home clean on a regular basis. More frequent cleanings may be purchased at a discounted rate.
3. Utilities: Included in monthly stays are utilities including electric, water, and internet.
