The patio stretches the entire length of the back of the house with plenty of seating to enjoy every moment of the day with a picturesque lake backdrop; drink your coffee right outside the master bedroom while viewing the sunrise, eat every meal at the 8 person patio dining table, and enjoy the sunset while making smores in the fire pit.
Inside the immaculately decorated, 2700 square foot house, you can escape from the Texas heat while still enjoying the view. There is a small sitting area, with the most comfortable chairs, that faces the lake, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunrise from indoors or boat watching when you want to stay in the air conditioning during the heat of the day. You can also stretch out on the oversize sectional in the Great Room and watch a movie or chat with family and friends. Another appealing feature of this home is the open layout of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The kitchen features a beautiful imported French gas range, wall oven with warming drawer, and large island with prep space and seating for four. Additionally, in the kitchen area you will find a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the basic essentials needed to prepare and serve any meal. There is plenty of space for group dining inside as well; a round dining table in the kitchen has seating for 6 and an additional dining area off of the living room seats 8. Connected to the kitchen is a large bar area complete with sink, ice maker, and a two-tier counter with plenty of space to make any drink you desire, as well as bar top seating for 4.
