The Bayou House is a smoke-free environment, just steps to the water and views from the living room, dining room, sitting room and primary bedroom. Bring your kayak or SUP and jump right in the water off the dock
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking including pots, pans, baking dishes. Dishes and glasses for up to 10
Coffee, tea and snacks are provided upon check in with a drip maker and french press and a coffee grinder. Please note that all supplies are offered as starters and not replenished throughout
The living room features a smart tv and comfortable furniture with WIFI extending throughout the house.
The dining room has seating for 8 with a peninsula that will fit 2 more. The Florida room is the perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or coffee or the 3rd floor landing recliner is the perfect place to curl up with a book.
The Primary bedroom has a king size bed, views of the bayou and a private bathroom complete with a make up area and blow dryer.
Juliet's room is the pink appointed room with a full size bed and closet next door to the bathroom
P's room is on the 3rd floor landing with a queen size bed, closet, dresser and a smart tv. This bedroom is located on the 3rd floor landing next to the reading nook.
The bunk room (ready mid-may) will feature bunks with 2 queen beds and a twin with a lego table and Smart TV so the kids can bunker in their own space.
The deck has a nice love seat to sit and watch the waves
If you are visiting with children or people with disabilities, please note this a multi-level townhouse and may not be suitable. However, we do provide baby gates. Also note that the water area is not gated or roped off, so please make sure to watch all kids while playing on the grassy area
There is one parking spot behind the garage (the garage is not available at this time for guest use). Please make sure to only park in the designated spot behind the garage with a clear line boundary. Do not park over the line.
Additional parking is first-come/first-serve in the spaces in front of the unit and around the complex.are your stay
