The property can take full advantage of the HOA with a private swimming pool and a big backyard.The kitchen is full of all kids of equipments, there is enough room for everyone and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King and 3 Queen beds and Large comfortable couch, and two spare mattresses if needed.

You'll find two walk-in showers, Two of which have a tub too. you will find 3 iron and 2 hair dryer . All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's Art works and everything on the wall around the house. Make yourself at home; your hosts are available for any help needed and accessible on phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.
Other things to note
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Phoenix, my favorite restaurants, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached. our home is also secured by ADT, if the smoke detector gives a signal for a certain time the fire department might show up at the house.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. And three time a 4 times a week cleaning the pool. They will NOT enter the home. This days may or may not fall during your stay.
