Established in March 2018 Thala-sea is designed in light colors, featuring cozy and modern furniture with wooden and metallic details. The two bedrooms are especially designed to offer you a unique sea view and sleeping experience. The spacious balcony apart from the amazing sea-view and full star sky at summer nights it is and an ideal place for unforgettable dinning moments. On the other side the fireplace in the living room will provide you a cozy feeling at winter nights, especially when southern winds make big waves. Ideal for both summer and winter vacation, for family and business traveling.

SPACE
Thala-sea is a two-floor 110sqm house. There is central heating system as well as AC units. On the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a hall, while on the second floor there is the second bedroom and bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is also a spacious balcony.
The place is decorated with posters of a local photographer and the wooden furniture is handmade by a local artist. The whole house has high quality granite plate floor, except the bedroom wooden floors. The second floor has a really high ceiling so that can give you the feeling of freedom. The house is very sunny, although well equipped with lightproof curtains or window shutters in order not to distract your sleep. The large balcony is equipped with chairs, table and sun beds all surrounded by flowers. Moreover, there are screens on the windows and the doors to keep mosquitoes out.
KITCHEN
If you prefer to cook, our kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and all the stuff you will need as well as basic things for your cooking (such as olive oil, all from native producers) are provided.
BATHROOM
There are two bathrooms in the house. One has bathtub and the other shower.
BEDROOMS
Thala-sea emphasizes οn the quality of your sleep, as we believe that you deserve a great relaxation experience. Our beds and pillows are carefully selected from the best Greek mattress company.
Our guest will have plenty of amenities such as free wifi access, safety box, coffee machines, toaster, laundry, towels, hairdryer, iron, free clean towels and bed sheets. Free parking is also available!
The fireplace can be used at an extra charge and after arrangement. There is an elevator in the house, which be used only on the first day to move your luggage on the second floor.
Thala-sea is just above one of the most famous beaches in Kavala, The Kalamitsa Beach. Also, it is a few minutes away from Batis beach (1.2km) and Toska beach (1.5km). It is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the city centre (4km). You can reach it by car (8 min) or walking on a nice coastal road in about 30 min. Also, Bus stop and taxi station are 2min walking from the house!
Near the house (2min walking) there is a park, where athletic facilities such as basketball and tennis courts are available.
A big supermarket is 300m away.
Pets are not allowed in Thala-sea and smoking is prohibited in the house. Also throwing parties are not permitted. The only thing we really want you to take care, is before entering the house to clean well your shoes (after the beach!).
