Tenuta Don Salvatore offers his guests accommodations in a historical villa with swimming pool immersed in the quiet countryside of Salento area, 4 km far from the sea and 7 km from Gallipoli and its beaches. Since this year, guests can enjoy the new swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, prickly pears and dry-stone walls. The Villa dates from the eighteen century and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is organized on two floors for 400 square meters (not including terraces) and it is made up of 10 rooms including 4 bedrooms (with air conditioning) so configured:

- Double room “DON SALVATORE”: queen bed
- Double/triple room “DON ALFONSO”: queen bed + single bed
- Double/triple room “DONNA CATERINA”: queen bed + single bed (or three single beds)
- Double room “DON NICOLA”: queen bed (or two single beds)

In the Villa there are three bathrooms: two upstairs, one downstairs. The living area on the ground floor, with his ancient Arris vaulted ceilings (a distinctive feature of the local architecture), is composed of one equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room and a bathroom.

In the upstairs sleeping area with his traditional barrel vaulted ceilings, there are the four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a collector's pool table (not equipped for the game)

For the exclusive use of guests of the Villa an external tiled and equipped space (tables, sun chairs, garden swing) where you can relax, eat and cook with the barbecue.

The outdoor area of the estate, made up of 25.000 square meters of gardens, fields and countryside with olive trees, citrus groves, pergola, prickly pears, fruit trees, flowering plants, lawn, dry-stone walls and the pool.

The rectangular shaped pool is 13 meters long and 5 meters wide, deep from 1.20 to 1.40 meters. The pool area, which covers about 2.000 square meters, is equipped with a solarium whose floorings are made of a local stone and surrounded by lawn. The use of the pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the estate, which also includes two other autonomous and independent houses. Bathing is allowed from 9.00 am to sunset

TERMS TO KNOW

1) The deposit is not refundable.

2) The reservation exclusively includes the number of the guests indicated in the reservation. For any change regarding the number of the inhabitant, please advise by email or by telephone at least one week before the arrival.
In each apartment, beds and linen will be allocated in proportion to the number of occupants. Dans chaque appartement, les lits et les draps seront attribués proportionnellement au nombre d'occupants.

3) The rate includes entirely the period reserved. The rate doesn’t change if one or more inhabitants (including the extra guests) stay less longer than the others.

4) Balance should be settled a upon check-in , by credit card or debit card (payment in cash or check is allowed only if the total amount of the fee is less than € 3,000.00).

5)At check-in, every guest, according to the provisions of the current laws, should provides a valid document, for the communication of general information to the Police Headquarters. Upon Check in the guests will also take vision, accept and subscribe the policy and rules of the structure.

6) In the Tenuta there are 4 accommodations: the Ancient Villa (max 10 people), two small Villas (max 5 people) and a small antique house “Casa dell’Angelo” (max 2 people). In the estate there are also the premises and the office reserved for owners and staff and two very tame dogs that have become the mascots of the Estate.

7) Guests are requested to take the utmost care of the furnishings and housing environments. It is not allowed to make any changes to furnishings or move furniture, equipment and fixtures. Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended.

8) It is not allowed to host or make other people stay overnight than those included in the reservation. Staff and owners, in case of need, can at their discretion, access inside the Villa or the other three accommodations, respecting the privacy and needs of guests.

9) It is not allowed to organize events or parties inside and outside the accommodations and in the swimming pool area. Lodges and common spaces may not be used for any purpose apart from accommodation, without the express permission of the staff or owners.

10) The swimming pool and the solarium areas are reserved to all guests staying in the estate. Guests are not allowed to access other people outside those registered upon check-in. Bathing is allowed from 9.00 am to sunset

11) Guests are held responsible for any damage caused inside or outside the accommodation, and in the pool area; as such, they are required to compensate for damages caused according to the provisions of the current laws
