Welcome 2 Wallace Ave - The coolest home in South Tampa! Completely updated in 2018 with modern coastal decor inside and a Key West explosion out back. Cabana is completely outfitted for fun - TV, fridge, & WiFi internet. Centrally located in a great neighborhood with easy access to everywhere.
You will feel at home and relaxed the moment you walk in the house! It's cozy and welcoming, and very easy to live in - but once you walk out the french doors to the backyard, you'll want to spend ALL YOUR TIME out there, lounging on the cabana deck or sunning on the chaises... you'll never want to leave to do any of the touristy stuff you had planned!! However, IF you do decide to leave your own personal paradise, it's location is perfect for day trips - South Tampa is the most desirable area to live because everything you need is near by and there's easy access to everywhere else!
It's 1250 sq feet is just right for romantic getaway, a family, two couples, with or without kids or just a girls or guys trip. Master has flat screen w streaming, KING bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower, glass tiles, and martini glass shaped vessel sink. Second bedroom has a queen, as well as custom industrial closet and a wine crate sliding barn door. The third bedroom also has a queen, streaming tv and an open closet system. There's an office with a huge desk overlooking the pool and a dining room with a cafe table that seats 4, kitchen bar that seats three, and laundry with full size washer & dryer.
We definitely like to get to know our guests, so please don't forget to tell us a little about yourselves, where your from and why your visiting when inquiring or requesting a Book Now. Tell us how old your kids are, whether you drink red or white or if you're bringing a pet - we often leave welcome gifts & dog toys! This home is truly our happy place and we're so excited to share it with you and your family or friends!
There's TONS of great places to eat & shop a VERY short drive away. Walk to Ballast Point Pier, Park & Playground, or run down along the water on Bayshore Blvd- it's a perfect location! You can easily hop on to any of the major highways and be anywhere you want to be in minutes!
We are just 5 minutes from MacDill Air Force Base and get an amazing air show over head every few days during the week... Fighters in formation, big cargo and radar planes, even Air Force One - if you're a plane aficionado you'll be in heaven! It can be loud but it's very cool! Wave hello and sometimes they'll dip their wings in response.
Leave your blow dryer & hair curler at home and there's plenty of pool towels for everyone! Beach chairs & cooler for beach trips, and usually beer in the cabana fridge - a gift from the parting guests to the next ones!
The third full bathroom is located in the cabana and has shower with rain head. The pool has been resurfaced and is not heated - but that's never stopped a guest from jumping in yet!
There's undercover parking for two cars so you stay dry in the rain and your car stays cool in the sun. There's lots of storage space, a twin bed couch in the screened in porch for naps and cable on two main flat screen tvs, Netflix & Amazon Prime on bedroom smart tvs, as well as FREE high speed WiFi.
So that we can enjoy the house ourselves, and share it with family & friends, AND have time to turn over the house between rentals, we limit MONTHLY rentals to 28 days & no longer than 58 days. Check in is anytime after 4 pm and check out is by 10 am.
{Now for the unfun part: the no-nos & non-negotiable}... Must be over 30 to book. There's also a limit number of guests allowed over to enjoy pool and cabana - but we can talk about that. No firepits or open flames. There's NO crashing on the couch or air mattresses allowed. If three beds isn't enough for all to share and sleep, then the house is definitely to small for your group. Ring doorbell has camera - no other cameras on or inside property. We live across the street so available to help anytime!
Dogs are always welcome, depending on their behavior (no biting, chewing or digging!!) and if they are housebroken AND you pick up their presents in the back yard {see Poop Clause in the agreement!}. There is a $200 pet fee PER DOG - belly rubs are free!
