Over looking cows and horses on the second story deck you have plenty of land to gaze at through your stay along with farm animals and the bocce ball court is a unique game for your use as well.
Fun facts :The transom above the main entry is a custom designed piece of art glass to match the pattern of the 1930s vintage laundry room doors, every window, transom and doorway to include all the cabinetry was custom made
The stairs came from Daytona international Speedway when they tore down the back stretch. The bathroom sink and toilet are vintage pieces from a habitat for humanity. The dual shower heads where designed by using galvanized piping we call it light industrial look. All of the floor tile was renovated in from St.Petersburg. It was made in Cuba and it’s 3/4 of an inch thick concrete tile with a green and white glaze that is fired onto the concrete. As we welcome you into our home we hope you enjoy this property and all the unique touches that come along with it as well. Please be aware that you will be on the second story of the studio . Adults and or person who books are responsible for all minors and please use caution on upper deck as it is on the second story. safety is our number one priority for all of our guest we want to be assured that you are aware of this before choosing to stay with us and so that guests have the most memorable experience for your stay.
