Nestled in a beautiful rural position, this high-tech home has wonderful views towards the Angus Glens and the Strathmore hills, on the outskirts of the pretty village of Tannadice. There is an array of excellent local golf courses to enjoy at Forfar, Kirriemuir, Brechin and the championship course at Carnoustie, with the Old Course at St Andrew's within touring distance. Explore the spectacular Angus Glens of Isla, Prosen and Clova on the southern fringes of the Cairngorms National Park or enjoy skiing at Glenshee in winter. Beautiful sandy beaches are also within easy reach including Lunan Bay and St Cyrus with a National Nature Reserve. Visit Glamis Castle, the ancestral home of the Queen Mother, or explore the medieval fortress of Dunnottar Castle.

Its name means 'clever house' in Gaelic and this property certainly displays this with the benefit of Control4 Smart Home technology with touch screens, multi-room audio and underfloor heating in all rooms. Step inside into the vestibule and through to the spacious, light and bright, open-plan living area. Relax in the comfortable lounge after a day out exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and enjoy a great movie on the Smart TV or just sit back and admire the wonderful views through the picture window with double French doors leading directly out onto the decked area. Next is the spacious dining area, the perfect space to enjoy family gatherings, which also has access to the outside area through French doors. The well-equipped bespoke kitchen has a built-in electric double oven and microwave, a large central island with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, wine cooler, dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispensers. There is also a Smart TV and dining area in the kitchen with French doors leading directly out to the enclosed garden. This is followed by the handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The amazing cinema room has a fantastic 8-foot cinema screen with Dolby Atmos sound, a Smart TV and automatic blackout blinds. There is also a gym where you can work out on the treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer, bike and free weights. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, shower and WC. Heading up the stairs, you will find four beautifully decorated bedrooms all with Smart TVs, ample storage space and wonderful countryside views. There are three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and WCs. To complete the accommodation is the master king-size bedroom with a large picture window with a Juliet balcony, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, shower and a separate WC located next door.
Venturing outside, the spacious garden has extensive decking and a comfortable seating area for al fresco dining or evening star-gazing – perhaps with a wee dram, a nice glass of wine or a good local ale.
