Unique swedish villa with fantastic panoramic seaview of lake Aspen and Lerum city. The house has several wonderful terraces with private jacuzzi and pool area. Comfortable furnitures and your own greenhouse in the garden. Only 22 km to Gothenburg, located in the middle of nature with deep forest and trekking paths just outside doorstep. Spectacular scenic seaviews from all rooms and areas. Welcome to Villa Lugnvik!

Get ready for a fantastic stay in this beautiful swedish lake house, located in wonderful nature surroundings. The villa is modern and with a scandinavian style. Comfortable floor heating in all areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has it own teracce with lovely seaview. The house can accomodate up to 9-10 persons.
Kitchen:
All eat- and drinkable things you'll find in the kitchen is for free. Coffee and tea for free. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The freezer has a ice-machine. The water from the tap is 100% drinkable and comes from our own well 100m below surface.
Beds setup:
Bed linen are normally not included. please let us know in advance if you need bed linens.
Bedroom 1 first floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed
Bedroom 2 first floor: 1 single bed
Bedroom 3 second floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed
Bedroom 4 second floor: 2 single beds, 1 bedsofa
In total beds for maximum 9 persons
WiFi & Electronics:
There is a WiFi network available and also a smartTV that is attached to a soundbar system. The smartTV has a premium Spotify app (free music), Netflix account app (free movies) and a chromecast unit.
Jacuzzi and pool:
The private terrrace has a full size jacuzzi that is heated and open all year around, also during very cold winterdays. The pool is open and heated during 30 april - 1 october.
Transportation:
The train takes only 16 min from Aspedalen/Lerum station to Gothenburg centre. Drive to the airport Landvetter takes 30 min. Drive to Gothenburg takes around 23 min. Distance from villa to Lerum centre is 4 km.
Boat rent:
It is possible to rent a boat with 5hp Tohatsu engine. Perfect for fishing and explore the beautyful lake area. You can also take the boat up the river to Lerum city for visiting restaurants or shopping. The boat is sometimes shared with others so please check availibility in advance
Greenhouse:
you have private access to a greenhouse with furnitures, if the season is right, you´ll be able to pick peppers, grapes, tomatoes. cucumbers, herbs and salads.
Nature & Surroundings:
Outside doorstep you have huge forest and 3 trekking paths (5, 7 and 9 km), but also the beauitiful and famous hiking trail "Gotaleden". We recommend going along Gotaleden, along Aspen steep cliffs to Jonsered. 400m from the villa you'll find a famous natural climbing wall with 72 tracks. Go around it and up at the top for a wonderful picnic area and astonishing view over the lake.
Restaurants nearby:
Lerum centre has several good choices of resturants. We especially recommend Piano Bar & Kvarterskrog. Brasserie Stationen is also a good choice. Book table in advance. There are also several pizzerias and chinese, india, thai, mexican taco and japanese choices. If you walk the 7km trekking path along the seaside cliffs (astonishing views) through the forest, from the apartment to Jonsered, you will reach Poppels restaurant and brewery. Here you can taste beers and eat lovely food. Highly Recommended!
