Surfs Up is a beautifully clean and crisp open-plan family home in a prime location, just minutes walk to Port Fairy's popular East Beach.
The ultimate beach house is located only one block back from East Beach and a hidden gem of Port Fairy. Don't be fooled by its simple exterior, inside this fresh and modern 4 bedroom home has been loving created into the ideal family holiday retreat.
Step inside this cool and calming home down the long central corridor and begin your Port Fairy holiday. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 masters with King (this does split into single beds) and Queen beds respectively and both offering ensuite bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom has a King bed that can be split into 2 king singles and the fourth contains 1 bunk and 2 single beds. There is also a third large family bathroom with separate bath as well as separate laundry area for your stay.
There are 2 living area which work perfectly for large groups or families. The first living area comes with its own TV and lounging area guaranteeing no squabbles over what to watch! Tuck the kids in front of the TV after a long day at the beach and enjoy a glass of wine and time with friends.
Without a doubt the heart of this home is the open-planned area at the end. There is a large and modern kitchen which comes with granite bench tops and stainless steel appliances which leads into the lounge/dining area and second sitting room. Free flowing design brings the outside in with the large deck area that is featured in the centre of the property, perfect for summer entertaining and accessed via large sliding doors in the living room.
To complete this ideal Port Fairy home air conditioning/heating reverse cycle in the lounge makes for a cool retreat after a day on the beach or ideal for a winter getaway. The property also offers boat parking as well as a short drive to Port Fairy's top rated golf course, just made for fishing and golfing groups.
