Imagine relaxing in the window seat with a cup of coffee or wine while a moose is laying literally 5 feet away digesting their latest meal! Whether snacking in the stream or digesting in the grass, moose are drawn to this area and you cannot help but miss them with the windows. The living and dining areas in this condo are significantly larger than that of the other units found in the area and the floor to ceiling windows provide unbeatable natural lighting. The building is in an ideal location that is quiet with a year-round stream and aspens off the private serene patio deck. The bedroom offers a brand-new king-size bed and an additional twin bed over desk as well. A sofa-bed and two twin window seats in the living area offer additional sleeping arrangements for guests.
The building is perfectly located within the community with just a short walk to the local bus service and amenities such the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, ATM, and fitness center. The community has direct access to many miles of bike paths where you can rollerblade, walk, and of course - bike. For those with children the community playground is only a short walk away. The condominium is unusually well equipped. It is very well furnished with a large lodgepole dining room table, new stainless steel appliances and everything you will need for your stay. It is also equipped with Digital HD cable and a new 55” 4k HD flat screen, broadband WiFi and Blu-Ray/DVD. You can be assured you will not find a better equipped unit or location within the Aspens.
