This recently renovated duplex unit has everything you will need for a stay in Fargo. Comfortable beds for 6 people (8 with the pullout couch), a kitchen stocked with basic cooking/baking supplies, and a living room with a 55” Smart TV and seating for 4-5 when it’s time to relax and socialize.

The kitchen also includes a drip coffee maker/Keurig combo and teapot to start your day right.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed and wall mounted 43” smart TV.

Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the unit (laundry detergent available) if you need to wash a load or two during your stay.

The driveway can accommodate 2-4 vehicles depending on size, but since this is a duplex, the driveway may need to be shared with guests staying in the lower unit. There is also free street parking available on both sides of the street.

While the unit can sleep up to 8 guests (including the pullout couch), we think the perfect group size is 5-6. We’re happy to host all 8, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.

The space being offered is the entire lower unit of an up-and-down/stacked duplex, meaning there is a separate upper unit and lower unit in the building. There is a separate listing on for the upper unit, as well as a combined listing for groups that would like to book both upper and lower units at the same time. With that in mind, if you book just one of the units, it’s possible there will be a different group of guests staying in the other unit at the same time. The only shared space in that instance would be the driveway and walkway up to the separate entry doors.

You will have access to the entire lower unit, with a separate entry door and smart lock from the upper unit of the duplex. There is a closet we keep locked at the bottom of the stairs for cleaning supplies, but other than that the unit is yours!

Other things to note
Must be able to climb stairs, since there are stairs at the entrance.

We have plenty of space for children and infants, but we do not have some of the amenities such as safety gates for stairs. We are also not responsible for injuries. The unit does feature cordless window blinds, cleaning products are stored out of reach of children, and TVs are wall mounted.

Lastly, since this is the lower unit of a duplex, there is a possibility of some noise from the upper unit if it is occupied during your visit. Noise from walking and loud conversations unfortunately can make it into the lower unit. Our apologies if this is the case during your stay, we do ask all guests of the upper unit to be mindful of noise as best they can.
