Located just moments from St Ives Village and some of Sydney's most premier private schools, our ‘Sunnyside' Turramurra Grand Mansion is perfectly situated for deluxe Upper North Shore Living. Located next to a National Park, you can hear the birds and native wildlife chirp from the back yard, whilst being perfectly situated in a quiet leafy street for you to relax in your downtime.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is THIRTEEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toSIXpeople. No more than a maximum of NINETEENpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you check out later than 10 am, there will be an additional charge of $50.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
* This property is suitable for babies or children and we have a cot and highchair available at the home. However, we do not provide the linen. The cot and highchair are in the bedroom wardrobe for you to set up when needed.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Our home is a family dream, fitted out to the highest of standards with 2 large living rooms, a cinema room, a large kitchen fitted with both gas and induction hubs, a large Samsung fridge, butlers pantry, 2 wine fridges and a fish tank
With FREE unlimited WIFI available throughout the home, accommodating up to a max of 10 guests in 3 Queen bedrooms and 2 King bedrooms the house is perfect for groups (friends, weddings, corporate stays, etc) or extended families.
Sunnyside is a clean, fresh and fully renovated to the highest of standards. There is a large outside dining table in the Euro-style backyard with large pool that is perfect for dining and get-togethers both summer and winter.
There are multiple chill-out areas with large smart Smart TVs, perfect for streaming Netflix and all your other favourite TV shows!
All beds have luxurious mattresses with extra support for a sound night's sleep. All bedding has natural fibre 5* hotel quality linen, with all stays including additional towels.
Sunnyside features a washing machine and dryer for laundering your clothes & beach items during your stay.
There is enough seating and chairs for your group to relax & enjoy our unique and grandeur Mansion.
PLEASE NOTE: Our home has a strict NO PARTY policy & we do NOT accept Bucks or Bachelor parties at all.
The space is perfect for families/ groups staying in Sydney for weddings or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a Bucks weekend.
