Sundance Hacienda sits on an acre of land, lush with mesquite trees and saguaros. Our oasis has been remodeled with warm and modern detail, while maintaining its Tucson hacienda charm. Full kitchen with updated appliances, back patio, spa/jazuzzi and sparkling pool (pool heat extra), outdoor dining, gazebo and firepit. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms (plus a half-bath), high-end washer and dryer and large kitchen, dining and lounging area. Near restaurants, shopping, Mt. Lemmon, Saguaro East.

Sundance Hacienda is a 2.2k sft home with four bedrooms: (1) King bed; (2) Queen bed; (3) 2 Twin beds; (4) Queen sofa bed. The 4th bedroom also has a desk that can be used for work, as well as a cozy bar area. The coffee table in the main kitchen/lounging area also lifts up and makes a perfect work area in front of the TV. Please see the floorplan in the photos for layout.
The house has a wonderful, private yard nestled in mature mesquite trees. You will enjoy the outdoor dining, pool and spa/Jacuzzi, fire pit and propane grill. There is a cozy gazebo to enjoy the view of the mountains in the shade.
Property has good high-speed internet and thanks to a mesh router it extends to the backyard gazebo and dining area - great for working from "home" while enjoying the gorgeous backyard.
There are TVs in the main lounging area, the master bedroom, and the den/study/ 4th bedroom. We only offer streaming services (Netflix/Amazon Prime etc) if you sign in with your accounts. We do not have cable.
Plenty of board games for fun inside.
We are cyclists, and provide a floor pump, a mechanics work stand, and shop rags for guest use.
The home has a water softener for bath/showers that won't leave you itchy from mineral deposits, and a reverse osmosis tap in the kitchen for great-tasting water.
Pool:
The spa/jacuzzi is heated to 100 degrees included in nightly rate. The pool can be heated in the late fall-early spring to 84 degrees at an extra prepayment of $60/night or $350/week to cover natural gas. We use solar covers to keep the heat in at night, and guests are required to put them back on the pool at night. Please inquire if you are interested in the pool heat for more details.
Guest access
There is ample parking in front of and on the side of the home in our gravel driveway. The garage is for owner use only. If you like to go for neighborhood walks, you are in luck. It's a safe and peaceful neighborhood where the sunsets are fantastic. There are walking/ running trails less than a mile away. Some of the best mountain biking can be found on Mount Lemmon, the base of which is 4 miles away. The best road loop is 7 miles away in Saguaro National Park East.
