Families welcome at this well-appointed 5 bedroom 3 bath spacious lake and mountain view home with private 53 FT HEATED OUTDOOR POOL AND 10 PERSON HOT TUB. Also available for Fall, Winter and Holiday Vacations! 10 Person Hot Tub is open year round, pool opens April 1 to mid-October depending on weather. Lower level family room includes Shuffleboard Table, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher. Activities for all ages to enjoy.

This home is conveniently located within minutes of Willow Point Park with lots of lawn areas leading down to the sandy beach waterfront, Blueberry Hills, award-winning wineries, Mill Bay Boat Launch, downtown Manson restaurants, wineries, brewery, shopping, grocery stores, gas station and 12 Tribes Casino. Take the scenic drive along the lake to enjoy downtown Chelan amenities. It only takes 15 minutes or less to enjoy all the sites and entertainment that the Lake Chelan Valley has to offer from the Summit Pool House.
In addition to the spectacular lake and mountain views from most any room in the home, the MAIN LEVEL features the following:
** Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops, induction cooktop, convection oven and everything you'll need for cooking, baking or blending up your favorite beverages while enjoying the lake and mountain views. Lake View Dining Area with seating for 10 and access to the deck with one covered and one uncovered patio table with seating for 6 each plus a Gas BBQ Grill for outdoor grilling. The kitchen is overstocked to meet all your cooking needs. Regular Drip Coffee Maker and Keurig provided.
** In winter months you can cozy up to the Gas Fireplace in the Lake View Living Room with Flat Screen TV, Blue Ray DVD, CD Player and lots of comfortable furnishings.
** There are 2 BEDROOMS on the MAIN LEVEL: Lake View Primary Bedroom with King Bed, Flat Screen TV/DVD, Gas Fireplace, Over-sized Bathroom with lake view, Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, his and hers vanities, walk-in closet and access to the deck. Bedroom #2 on the main level has a Queen Bed.
** Guest Bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks.
