This spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located centrally in Oakland Park. 5 minutes to one of the best and private beaches in Fort Lauderdale and 8 minutes to not so private but the most popular beach in Fort Lauderdale (loaded with bars, restaurants and activities). 2 minutes from the mall with 2 large grocery stores a ton of other shopping and a fantastic dine-in theater that does not have regular seats but only recliners! Walking distance to Inkanto Peruvian Cuisine, Bufarella Genuine Italian Gourmet, A Maze Bakery & Bistro, Rendez-Vous Bakery and Bistro (fantastic french cuisine and baguettes!), Gordo's Grill (amazing Latin American cuisine) and Angelo Elia The Bakery Bar (best sandwiches and nutella donuts in Fort Lauderdale). Location, location, location!
It is great for families or groups. This apartment has large living room, very large kitchen and dining area that can sit 4 easily.
There is an outdoor covered balcony/patio area with seating space for lounging and relaxing!
