This spacious studio apartment is located centrally in Oakland Park. 5 minutes to one of the best and private beaches in Fort Lauderdale and 8 minutes to not so private but the most popular beach in Fort Lauderdale (loaded with bars, restaurants and activities). 2 minutes from the mall with 2 large grocery stores a ton of other shopping and a fantastic dine-in theater that does not have regular seats but only recliners! Walking distance to Inkanto Peruvian Cuisine, Bufarella Genuine Italian Gourmet, A Maze Bakery & Bistro, Rendez-Vous Bakery and Bistro (fantastic french cuisine and baguettes!), Gordo's Grill (amazing Latin American cuisine) and Angelo Elia The Bakery Bar (best sandwiches and nutella donuts in Fort Lauderdale).
