Oasis House #1:
This is a comfortable, fun space for your group or your family to enjoy at your home away from home while visiting Austin. The newest addition, our fully tiled plunge pool, can be heated in the winter months to provide the perfect hang out temperature year round!
You will find yourself surrounded by thoughtful, eclectic details in the design while creating a open, warm environment in this recently renovated property with an amazing new plunge pool complete with landscape, master suite and large screened-in porch. Once settled in you will love the high wood vaulted ceilings and all the natural light from the surrounding windows in the living room.
Main floor:
2 bedrooms downstairs share a full bathroom. The newly remodeled kitchen is between the living area and laundry/mudroom on the bottom level. You will also find a second living area in a screened porch complete with spin bike, weights and TV. The living room inside has a new Four Hands sectional couch with 65" OLED Smart TV.
Upstairs:
The master suite is complete with a king bed, claw foot tub and shower. All of the tile in the bathroom was imported directly from Portugal, so it is very unique and beautiful. You could easily leave this property with design ideas for your own home.
Lastly, the screened porch is probably the most enjoyed room in the home. Complete with dining table, Smart TV and projector upon request, you will be sure to enjoy meals, movies and quality friends/family time.
Oasis Home #2:
Upon entering you're greeted by an open, inviting living space, adorned with stylish decor and bathed in natural light. The living room, featuring a 65” 4K television and cozy seating, is ideal for unwinding after a day in the city. Choose to dine inside in the refreshed dining room with striking cobalt blue floors or outside at the picnic table in the expansive, private backyard. A quiet nook, fenced in for privacy, is also available at the front of the home.
The well-appointed bedrooms offer peaceful sanctuaries for rest. Each is furnished with comfortable king-size beds, soft linens, and ample storage. A private loft area, accessed by a vertical steel staircase best suited for children and agile adults, provides additional sleeping arrangements with two single beds. Another single bed is available in the quiet office area of the home.
Tucked away in the trendy yet serene Bouldin Creek neighborhood, you're steps from the energy of South Congress Avenue and ideally located to explore nearby attractions including the Lady Bird Lake trail, Barton Springs, or attend events like SXSW, ACL Music Festival or Formula 1.
