This property is accessible via a private gate entrance and smart lock.
BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms. 5 Superior quality mattresses (3 kings + 2 queens), plush pillows, and tons of closet space.
BATHROOMS: 4 full bathrooms. Fully supplied with essential toiletries like bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and hairdryer.
KITCHEN: Furnished with oven/gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle, blender, pots, pans, knives, and other basic cooking and dining essentials.
LIVING ROOM: Large open space with a comfy sofa that and a 50” TV.
PARKING AREA: 2 Assigned Parkings.

Parking in LA is tricky, so we are happy that we can provide our guests with reserved space, but we do always encourage smaller cars. Street parking is also available on a first come first serve basis.
AC/HEAT: Centralized AC/Heating for your comfort.
WASHER/DRYER: In-unit washer and dryer are provided for your private use anytime during your stay. Detergent is also available.
INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously.
PATIO/BALCONIES: Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio and balconies at the home.
You'll have full access to the entire townhome. It's a self-check-in process and you'll find complete information on your Airbnb app. Please note, there are 7 other homes on the property. We ask that you please respect the other guests and be considerate of noise and space.
NOTE: DO NOT ship packages to the listing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may be delivered to the Airbnb home during your stay. We highly recommend that you use your personal address or a secure delivery locker for any packages or mail you may need to receive during your trip.
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.
NUMBER OF GUESTS. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.
