With privileged access to the condominium pool. This apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Spacious 1 bedroom type apartment with about 80 m2 situated on the ground floor and with privileged access to the condominium pool, great green areas, spacious and well decorated. The property has air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture on the terrace, bathroom (bath), 1 spacious bedroom with double bed. Espresso machine. The accommodation is located in one of the quietest areas of Albufeira and within walking distance of the centre where you can find stores, restaurants, pharmacy, markets and banks.
We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
