3 large living room areas, perfect for relaxing over a movie or game time with family, or just separation for reading.

Game room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey. This room has large windows overlooking the water!
Loft area has a living room space with comfortable seating and a large smart tv, one of our favorite cozy spaces either at night when you can watch the gorgeous sunsets, or daytime you can look out over the yard and kids play area.
Also a great kids spot, as it also has a bunk bed in the open area, as well as a queen size bedroom just off of the open area.
Indoor swimming pool with hot tub, and a bar area with smart tv, all overlooking the expanse of the inlet where the Bohemia river and C&D canal meet.
If you come over Christmas we have a Christmas tree up for family get togethers, and you are welcome to add to the decor!
Our front doors have steps entering the house, but the house is accessible for a wheelchair or elderly by crossing the yard and using the back doors, or both front entryways do have hand rails on the steps.
There is a 3 step up into the kitchen after you enter, but they are wide and also have a hand rail.
We are also happy to welcome your furry friends, please make sure to enter them on the reservation, our pet fee is $250 for the first pet and $150 for each additional. Just mention to the host the breed and size, so we can make sure to have our dog bowls and pet blankets available.
