The immaculately-manicured grounds surrounding the two buildings offers a vast area of grassy space, perfect for children and dogs to frolic about! Follow the granite steps toward the fire pit area, or perhaps to one of the three docks on the property, and enjoy the 400' of frontage in the privacy of your own bay! With deep water off the end of the docks, this property also features a sandy beach walk-in. The property also provides access to two private tennis courts with basketball hoop shared by six families a few minutes drive from cottage!

Exemplifying the finest in craftsmanship with antique hemlock floors, exposed beams, a jaw-dropping floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and a wall of windows offering unbeatable lake vistas. With comfortable seating around the TV and fireplace for the whole family, this room will surely be a guest favourite. Tucked behind the stone fireplace and up a small set of stairs, guests will find yet another sitting area, equipped with a small games' table.

The lower level theatre room is equipped with a majestic and extremely comfortable double sized couch and a large flat-screen TV to fit the entire family for movie night.
